• How will I get my digital products?

• I didn’t get the email with my links. What should I do?

  Occasionally, the email with the download links gets sent to a spam/junk folder, or a different tab in your gmail. Please check your email for an email that says “Your Downloads are Ready” from Coping Skills for Kids.

• The links in my email aren’t working. What should I do?

  If the links aren’t working, please reload the page and try again. If you’re still having difficulty, please contact support@copingskillsforkids.com. We can re-send you the email with the links. If, for whatever reason, that doesn’t work, we can get the files to you another way.
